• Gaming Analysis: understanding how complex procurement strategies can be analysed and responded to by the market, and how the market can then use this information to gain commercial advantages. Our models can help identify ways to amend strategies and manage unwanted behaviours.

• Scenario Testing: we are able to build scenario models capable of running very complex commercial strategies and provide simple graphical/numeric outputs which can be used for trend-analysis, probability distributions, and risk profiling.

• Stress Testing: for circumstances where complex commercial models require testing to ensure correct and/or expected operation.  This requires placing extreme levels of stress associated with a large number of inputs, running numerous simulation, and understanding where individual (or combinations of) inputs may have the greatest effect on outputs using Monte Carlo or three-point analysis.
